The vacuum cabinet Bucher Merk DryCab is designed for the drying and processing of different heat sensitive products in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The Bucher Merk DryCab has also successfully been used for freeze drying / lyophilisation, applications i.e. coffee, herbs, vegetables, herbal extracts and meat pieces.
The Bucher Merk DryCab can be designed as an autoclave for sterilisation in a separate step.
