The Bucher Merk DryCab vacuum dryer cabinet has been especially designed to dry and process different heat-sensitive products for the food and pharmaceutical industry. 

The DryCab works by freeze-drying (lyophilisation) and vacuum drying applications such as coffee, herbs, vegetables, herbal extracts and meat pieces. Our cabinet can also be designed as an autoclave for sterilisation in a separate step.
