The Bucher Merk DryCab vacuum dryer cabinet is designed to dry and process different heat-sensitive products in the food and pharmaceutical industry. The Bucher Merk DryCab has also been used successfully for freeze-drying (lyophilisation) and vacuum drying applications, including coffee, herbs, vegetables, herbal extracts, and meat pieces. The Bucher Merk DryCab can be designed as an autoclave for sterilisation in a separate step.
