Batch carbonator is a unit made for carbonation / nitrogenation and cooling of a small amount of product in off line mode. The system is designed for most efficient carbonation / nitrogenation of product with a wide range of CO2 or N2 content.
CO2 / N2 is injected into the product using Denwel Injector during circulation process. Requested pressure and temperature is kept in the product tank during carbonation and nitrogenation.
The unit is equipped with integrated CIP tank.
Carbonation: up to 10 g/l, 5 V/V
Nitrogenation: up to 60 ppm, mg/l
Capacity: batch production
Temperature: product cooled down to 2 °C, 35 °F
