To strengthen our team, we are looking for a service-oriented personality to join us as a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) at our location in Przeworsk, Poland, with immediate effect or by arrangement.

 

Scope of tasks

• Telephone handling of service requests from customers 

• Initial diagnosis of problems and their elimination in cooperation with relevant departments of the company 

• Close cooperation with mobile service

• Preparation of documentation from received requests

Requirements

• Minimum secondary technical education,

• Communicative knowledge of English and/or German

• MS Office package

Nice to have

• Ability to read technical documentation and knowledge of the operation of production equipment
