Carbonation nitrogenation
Batch carbonator made for carbonation and nitrogenation, and cooling of a small amount of product in off-line mode.
This system is designed for the most efficient carbonation / nitrogenation of products containing a wide range of CO2 or N2 content.
CO2 / N2 is injected into the product using the Denwel Injector during circulation process. The requested pressure and temperature is kept in the product tank during carbonation and nitrogenation.
This unit is equipped with integrated CIP tank.
