• Screw conveyor with an integrated dewatering zone

  • Transport and dewatering of screenings from the flushing water circuit

The Bucher Dewatering Screw Conveyor is designed for dewatering flushing water circuit screenings. It reduces the screenings volume and therefore the solids discharge costs.

The solid fraction from the flushing water screen is fed into the dewatering screw via the inlet hopper. In the cylindrical piece, the screenings are conveyed and partially dewatered. The flushing water is drained through the slotted plate into the drainage collector. The dewatered solids drop into the next conveyor or into a container, whilst the water from the drainage collector can also be recycled.

  • Reliable screw-dewatering

  • Self-cleaning grid in the dewatering section

  • Separate water drainage for flushing water
