Remote Support

Our experienced experts have secure access to your machines worldwide via a remote connection and can therefore make quick and precise diagnoses, isolate faults and, if possible, rectify them immediately. As a result, you benefit from faster support and the comprehensive know-how of our experts. In many cases, this allows us to dispense with the need for our experts on site and save costs.

Stand-by-Service

During the season (September to October), we also offer our annual on-call service outside normal office hours. This means you can count on the fast and efficient support of our experts even in hectic times. In addition to our regular opening hours, our on-call service is available during the season at the following times (Central European time zone):

Monday - Friday: 04:00 pm - 09:00 pm

Saturday: 08:00 am - 08:00 pm

Sunday: 08:00 am - 12:00 am

Free remote support hours

You are entitled to 5 hours of free remote support per year. At myBucherUnipektin you will find an overview of your hourly credit and the individual support requests.

Reduced hourly rate for remote support

For additional remote support hours, we offer you a reduced hourly rate of CHF 180 instead of CHF 220 per hour.

Use the myBucherUnipektin customer portal to view and operate the machine panels from anywhere.

The myBucherUnipektin customer portal allows you to view and operate your machine panels. Our NetServicePlus product enables us to establish a VPN connection to your network, giving us access to support you. All you need is the network infrastructure to connect all remote-capable machines and systems.

You have the option of specifying for each user at your site whether machine panels can be viewed and operated.

All connections are logged for security reasons.

The multi-panel feature offers the option of displaying and operating several machine panels simultaneously.

You have the option of configuring and save individual views for yourself or for all employees at your location.

What is NetServicePlus?

NetServicePlus is the secure connection between your machines and Bucher Unipektin.

The benefits of NetServicePlus include an annual contingent of free remote support hours, extended on-call services, a reduced hourly rate for additional remote support and features in the customer portal that can be used to view and operate machine panels.

In addition, NetServicePlus forms the basis for future modules in our customer portal, such as data analysis and maintenance management, which will offer you in future even more options for optimising your machines.

How does NetServicePlus work?

We provide you with hardware with which you can establish a secure VPN connection to us. All you need is an internet connection and a connection to the network of your Bucher Unipektin machines.

The exact installation procedure will of course be explained to you in detail.

As soon as the device is connected and started, the connection to us is established and you can utilise the benefits of NetServicePlus.

Is additional hardware required?

Additional hardware is required for NetServicePlus. The hardware is provided by us free of charge. Former NetService Connect and Access customers also need new hardware.

If you have already received the corresponding hardware from us, it will not be delivered again.

How secure is NetServicePlus?

Our remote maintenance solution offers maximum security through the use of a VPN connection. Data is transmitted in accordance with the latest encryption standards and access is only possible after strict authentication.

In addition, all activities are monitored and the system is regularly updated with the latest security patches. Security patches are updated so that your data and machines are protected at all times.

You have control which of your users have remote access to machines and whether remote access is generally permitted.

Does myBucherUnipektin have to be used?

We recommend using our customer portal myBucherUnipektin, as it contains the main functions such as ticket system, monitoring and operation of systems, creation and viewing of multi-panels and quick support from our experts.

The other function that we can help you with by remote access, we can give you without myBucherUnipektin. All you need is a free account on our customer portal to order NetServicePlus.
