Teleservice is the exchange of data with remotely located technical equipment for the purpose of support, fault detection, maintenance, data analysis or optimization. The connection between the user and the manufacturer is done by secured internet connection or via telephone network.

Teleservice allows increasing the service level significantly. Service can be provided quickly to spot without having a service engineer travelling to the machine. This helps reducing costs and downtime and guarantees high availability of the equipment.
